Hard-Boiled Eggs



2 eggs
4 tsp mayonnaise
salt pepper dried paprika
chives
bread

Place the eggs in a small saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil  and boil for 10 minutes.
Once the time is up, run the eggs under cold water to cool. Roll the eggs on each side to crack the shell. Peel under the running water.
Slice the eggs on half lengthwise. Place the halves yolk side up on a plate , season with salt. Spoon 1/2 tsp mayo on top of each egg, sprinkle some paprika for decoration.
You can serve it with a slice of  bread topped with some chives and salt to taste.
