Grilled Pineapple


Ingredients:

Marinade:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp cinamon
  • 1 ripe pineapple, cut into half inch slices


In a small saucepan, heat the butter, brown sugar, lemon juice and the cinnamon. Heat until bubbly and the sugar is properly melted.


Fire up the grill to medium heat. Before putting the pineapple down, sprinkle the slices with some brown sugar. 
Grill it turning once  until tender and golden, about 4-6 minutes on each side.

When finished, plate up and drizzle with the marinade on each side.

Serve warm.
