Cheesy Nachos


Ingredients:


1 lb ground beef
1 box tortilla chips
1 box taco seasoning mix
16 oz refried beans
16 oz chili beans  
3 cups shredded mexican cheese
2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce 
1 cup Ortega taco sauce
3 tbsp plain greek yogurt


In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, drain well.Mix the meet with taco seasoning and 2/3 cup water, simmer, uncovered until most of the liquid has evaporated.




 
Once the liquid has evaporated add the refried beans and chili beans and cook for 6 more minutes.




Meanwhile shred the iceberg lettuce and sprinkle tortilla chips over serving platter. Top with 2 1/2 cups cheese.




Put the meat and beans mixture over the cheese, Sprinkle with lettuce and remaining cheese ; pour taco sauce over the lettuce.
Spoon some greek yogurt on top.
Serve warm.
