3 Bit Cake


INGREDIENTS :
  • 1 1/2 graham crackers
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 boxes vanilla pudding
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup powder sugar

Cook the condensed milk for about 2 hours till caramelized.


Cook the pudding with milk and let it cool.Then mix it with room temperature butter.





 Whisk together heavy cream with powder sugar and vanilla extract till you get whipped cream.


  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heave whipping cream


Place semisweet chocolate chips and heavy cream in a microwave-proof glass bowl or measuring cup and cover it with plastic wrap. Microwave the chocolate on high power for 30 seconds; then stir it with a spoon or rubber spatula. Continue to microwave the chocolate on high, stopping to stir every 30 seconds, until it is completely melted and smooth. (If you don't have a microwave, you can use the double-boiler method for melting chocolate.) Set aside.

 In a baking dish arrange the first layer of graham cracker, then spread the caramel (cooked condensed milk), then another layer of crackers , and layer of pudding mixture, and crackers again, and whipped cream,
and last layer of crackers .
Spread the melted chocolate on top and sprinkle some ground almonds for decoration.
Cool in the refrigerator.

Salmon with feta and mascarpone in puff pastry


INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 box puff pastry
  • 3.5 oz  mascarpone cheese
  • 3.5 oz  feta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 garlic clove ,minced
  • 10 oz fresh salmon
  • salt
  • pepper
  • bunch of dill
  • 1 lemon,juiced


Marinate the salmon in lemon juice, salt and pepper  for about 1 hour in the refrigerator.



After 1 hour  cut the salmon into small pieces. In a bowl put together the mascarpone cheese, feta cheese,minced  garlic, chopped dill, season to taste with salt and pepper. . Mix thoroughly.


Lightly roll out the puff pastry, cut their surface at an angle as picturedPut the salmon mix at the center of the pastry . Braid the pastry , forming the shape of fish. Brush the top of the pastry with a beaten egg . 
 Bake in preheated oven 350 F (180 C ) for about 40-50 min.

Radish Cheese Spread


INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onions
  • 15 chopped radishes
  • 1 lb white soft cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
In a medium bowl, mix together cheese, radishes, green onions ,pepper and salt to taste. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
Goes well with breads or raw veggies, bread sticks or crackers.

Sunny cookies with rose filling


INGREDIENTS :
  • 2 3/4 cups wheat flower ( 300 g )
  • 2 sticks cold butter (200g)
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp water



Cold butter, chopped with flour, cream and water. Add yolks, mix well and knead dough. Wrap dough in heavy-duty plastic wrap, and refrigerate 1 hour.



FROSTING:
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 cups powder sugar (300g)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice


Meanwhile, combine the powdered sugar, lemon juice, and yolks in a small bowl and stir until smooth.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut with cookie cutters and place 2 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet .Spoon about 1/2-teaspoon onto each cookie and use the back of the spoon to gently spread.




Bake in 350° F preheated oven  for about 12 to 15 minutes .




Spread the rose jam between 2 cooled cookies and enjoy!!!

Hot and Sour Soup


  • 4 oz straw mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger-peeled and grated
  • 1 tbsp red chili paste
  • 4 oz canned bamboo shoots-sliced
  • 5 oz cooked chicken breast - shredded
Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high flame .Add the ginger,chili paste ,straw mushrooms,bamboo shoots ,and chicken .Cook and stir for 2 minutes to infuse the flavor.




  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
 Meanwhile,combine the soy sauce ,vinegar ,salt ,pepper ,and sugar in a small bowl .Pour it into the wok and toss everything together-it should smell really fragrant .


  • 1 qt chicken broth
  • 14.5 oz beef broth
  • 1/2 square firm tofu -diced

Pour in the beef and chicken stock , bring the soup to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.


Add the tofu and cook for 3 more minutes .Remove the soup from the heat and stir in 1 directionto get a current going ,then stop stirring .Slowly pour in the beaten egg in a steady stream .

Spicy Buffalo Wings


Marinate:

  • 4.5 LB chicken wings
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 7 garlic minced garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper
Combine the following ingredients and marinate for about 2 hours.



Preheat the oven to 425 F and bake for about 60 min until the wings are golden brown .

Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 4 tbsp dark brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp hot sauce (tabasco)
  • 5 tsp vinegar
Meanwhile, in a bowl combine ketchup,brown sugar,vinegar and hot sauce.Add hot wings and toss.
Serve with Ranch Dressing on the side.
