Mushroom Salad With Green Onions



Ingredients:

20 oz mushrooms, sliced
2 bunches of fresh green onions, chopped
6 eggs, boiled and diced
1 cup mayonnaise
salt
pepper



Cook the mushrooms in a boiling water for about 3 minutes. Let it cool.
In a bowl, gently mix together the mushrooms, eggs, green onions and mayonnaise.
Season to taste with salt, pepper.
Allow to chill for 1 hour before serving.
