Grilled Asian Steak



Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs new york steak
  • 1 1/2 cups reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp agave nectar
  • 1 tbsp chili paste (optional)




In a large resealable plastic bag, combine all the ingredients; add steak. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for about 3 hours.




Drain and discard marinade. 
Grill steak, covered, over medium heat for 6-7 minutes on each side (for medium-rare, a meat thermometer should read 145°; medium, 160°; well-done, 170°). 

















  
 Let stand for 5 minutes.
