INGREDIENTS:
- 1 box puff pastry
- 3.5 oz mascarpone cheese
- 3.5 oz feta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 garlic clove ,minced
- 10 oz fresh salmon
- salt
- pepper
- bunch of dill
- 1 lemon,juiced
After 1 hour cut the salmon into small pieces. In a bowl put together the mascarpone cheese, feta cheese,minced garlic, chopped dill, season to taste with salt and pepper. . Mix thoroughly.
Lightly roll out the puff pastry, cut their surface at an angle as pictured. Put the salmon mix at the center of the pastry . Braid the pastry , forming the shape of fish. Brush the top of the pastry with a beaten egg .
Bake in preheated oven 350 F (180 C ) for about 40-50 min.
