Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lb kale leaves, stem removed and leaves chopped, then washed and dried
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Chop the onion and finely slice the garlic, then heat oil in
heavy frying pan until it's medium-not and saute onion 3-4 minutes
until it starts to brown. When onion is turning slightly brown, add
garlic and saute 1 minute more.
Raise heat to high, add the stock and kale and toss to combine.
Cover
and cook for 5 minutes. Remove cover, add vinegar and continue to cook, stirring
until all the liquid has evaporated.
Serve warm .
